Communities of Practice
Notice to Members: It has come to our attention that some email systems are not receiving email notifications from the Communities of Practice. These notification include receiving passwords upon registration, password resets along with any email alerts that have been created by users. All emails from the Communities of Practice are currently sent from cop@cpsi-icsp.ca. If you are not receiving email notifications, we ask that you contact your IT department and ask them to place the email address cop@cpsi-icsp.ca and domain cpsi-icsp.ca on your email systems safe list.
The Canadian Patient Safety Institute apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will be looking into preventative measures to help reduce the possibility of email blockages.

Accessible anytime from any computer with an Internet connection, the CPSI CoPs help facilitate online discussion and contain program-specific resources, such as Getting Started Kits for the SHN! interventions. |
